Walking around beautiful Downtown, Jefferson City, and visiting from New York City, my girlfriend, her aunt, and I looked for a place to eat lunch. Subway is a very familiar place to eat at back home, and it did conjure good feelings. This particular restaurant seemed to be quite spacious and clean. And chilly! The lone employee, Brandon (as said on the receipt), took our order in stride, even if it was a little complicated and time-consuming as a line grew behind us. He was a good sport and we even chatted with him, learning that he'd like to visit New York City himself. (I hope he gets the chance someday!) These Missourians are quite pleasant to chat with!
It was a Monday and the meal of the day was the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I got it on a wheat flatbread. My toppings were tomato, lettuce, and cucumbers with honey mustard. Not my favorite, but it was still good. Maybe the honey mustard wasn't the best thing to go on it? I don't know how to make sandwiches. The meal was completed with a bag of chips (SunChips) and a refillable drink.
I've always been a fan of Subway, and with our pleasant interaction with Brandon, I'll give this restaurant four out of five stars. Will I return? I would if I lived around here, but I will have to settle on the ones back home. -

I spent I'd say a collective 498 days here from just walking downtown and then popping in. 10/10 great service except for that one sketchy guy, but it's cool cause he was reported by some girl and now he works night shifts. Great sandwich order: bacon chicken ranch meat on white bread with pepper jack cheese, toasted and with lettuce, green peppers, onions, banana peppers, and mayo. With a dr. Pepper and double chocolate chip cookie. Will you feel a little thicc afterwards? Maybe, but worth it.

I like Subway, but don't go to this location on Sunday. They have one person working the whole place. With 5 people in line, it take over 20 minutes to get a sub made. We had 4 people in our party, and it took forever!!!! One person running the whole place, REALLY!!!!!!!

Stopped by here while in town for a quick bite to eat. Conveniently located in walking distance of the State Capital. The people here were great, ingredients tasted fresh and place was clean. Glad I stopped by!

Not the best Subway in town, but it's at a good location in the downtown area. I've never had bad food or service, I think the Subway by Wal-mart is better run
